Equipment Includes:
- -40 freezers for epoxy pastes and films
- -5c freezer for epoxy films and cut preforms
- Nitrogen Boxes for bonding wire, ribbon, and Ultimate Bonding Coupons
- Back Up Generator to guarantee continuous operation in the event of a power interruption or failure
- Security System for facility and precious metals based products
- Weekly delivery of dry ice for epoxy paste shipments
- Coolers and cold packs per the manufacturers specifications
- All film products shipped between 1/4" high density poly board
