July, 2008 Bonding Source Carries New Paste
Over the last two years, Bonding Source has received numerous requests for an epoxy with excellent heat extraction characteristics. We have added Ablebond 2600AT to our in-stock product selection to meet that application. The 2600AT uses a suspension system containing silver and resin particles in a solvent carrier. The cured result is an adhesive with extremely high silver loading. The 2600AT is a direct alternative to Diemat 6030HK.
